Thieves and Poets is a metro NYC based instrumental trio with a wide ranging repertoire. We dig jazz, latin, rock, blues, pop, world, chill and ambient grooves. About half of our material is original and the rest is made up of things we like to interpret through our own crazy and complex filter.

We mix things up with acoustic and electric guitars, complimented by a wide variety of acoustic percussion instruments.

Our goal is to create a sound that is fun for us to play and listen to. We hope you like it, too...
